Can the UCMJ reinstate some one after they are out of the military to face charges ?
The UCMJ, which is Non-judicial punishment, will not reinstate a service member to active status, however, JAG, through that service member's branch can and will call that person back to face a court martial. It depends on the crime, jurisdiction of said offense, and agreements that the military and the civilian authorities make. Examples: A retired E8 was recalled to active to be tried for murder at Fort Bragg, late last year. He had already been tried in a civilian court of law, however, with new DNA technology, more evidence had been gathered, and he faced a Court-Martial from the military side. In addition, the former SPC from 101st AIRBORNE, is/was being tried as a civilian in Federal court for the and murder of an Iraqi girl. The military chose to allow the Federal court system to try this case. My guess on that, would be because the Federal court system would impose stiffer punishment than the military court; however, life in prison is life in prison.
What athlete was more athletic and great or valuable for his sport?
Wow that is alot of stats to sort through, but I will go with the 1 I think will never get broken. Joe Louis's 11 year heavyweight title run. Today big time fighters only fight once or twice a year at most, and I still do not think anyone will come close to that. Boll Russel's 11 titles will not be broken anytime soon either.
Question on a 1099-R?
My 7 yr old received money from an innunity. We rolled this over to educational investments, but now have a problem. the company that paid out the annunity sent a 1099-R, and it is under my 7yr old's SSN. My husband and I file jointly. How do I handle this 1099-R?
Does it help hiring a lawyer for a traffic offense, or will talking to the prosecutor suffice?
No attorney! You make yourself look guilty--Go to Court and present your defense or plead no contest. The Judge will consider your proof (must have proof) picture of legal mileage per hr. at a certain mile post for instance, because the ticket will say where you were ticketed. Or tell the Judge the situation, such as cop sitting by the side of the road conversing with another cop in the car behind them on their radios just waiting for you to take the off ramp and charge you with speeding so they can make their "quota" while resting off road instead of cruising the freeway like a good highway patrolman! The Judge is aware of these situations and will consider. So just tell the truth, you always do better to appear than just send in a fee.
How many molecules, flatulent & chemical composite factors, does one require to die in one's sleep?
Suicide is not a good idea as you will never know how things would have turned out. Several years ago I found a young woman who had committed suicide , it is a stupid thing to do we all have crap periods in our lives and the crap can go on for a long time so it takes a bit of perseverance and character to carry on , don't become one of the losers who kill themselves.
What does Rasmus mean?
There's a Finnish ALT Rock band named The Rasmus, and I had a look at their Wikipedia, but all it says about their name is that they changed it from Rasmus to The Rasmus so they wouldn't be confused with a Swedish DJ called Rasmus. I figure it must mean something, does anyone know?
Tips on Having a sucessful multi dog household?
the biggest thing to watch for is if there is more than 1 boy. eventually, (if you have 2 boys), they will start fighting to win the dominant spot. if you have more than one boy you should definitly get them nuetered. if they are girls, they may fight a little to determine their pecking order, but normally the girls dont cause as much of a problem as the boys. if you are worried about it, i would seperate the pit from the other 2 if you are out of the house. nothing against pitbulls, i have one, but they are more dominant, and my girl pit trys to beat up on my other dogs if they get close to me, her food, or her toys sometimes. so just keep an eye on it.
