Do you buy the Navy's explanation on how they took out the three Somali pirates holding the hostage?

Three snipers positioned on a moving ship targetting the three pirates inside a bobbing covered craft through a small window seemed unbelievable to me. I still think that the Seals crept to the craft submerged and shot the pirates at close range.
