I just bought a laptop from Best Buy?

They wanted $129 to install anti-virus and configure my computer for optimum enhancements. I can easily install anti-virus, not that hard. And I will be able to update all of the microsoft things. Is their anything else they do to it? Seems to me like a waste of money, but maybe I am missing something.
