Sick and dying lizard a friend of mine HAD this lizard that is now under my carebroken jaw in 3 spots i belie

we well I believe it ran into the side of its aquarium while they were away one day..how ever they said its jaw was fine on the drive over here...but i sadly have to force feed it "iguana bites" i cut them into small sections pull its mouth open by the skin on its chin and when it uses its jaw to chew it looks similar to a constrictor unhooking its jaw to eat its prey live, and i KNOW it wasnt doing this a month ago when i had last seen the lizard i'm not sure EXACTLY nore are they of its species, but i give it a daily warm bath put it in the tub and make him swim around the tub atleast once and let him relax, he seems to come out of the tub with a little more energy..how ever i'm still having to force feed him and i dont have the $ to take him to the vets for an x-ray and i doubt surgery is optional at the vet facilaties around here, they arent very technologically advanced is there ANY thing i can do to help him survive or improve his days left if there is ide like to do what i can
