Good restaurants in Galveston, Texas?

My boyfriend and I are planning on going to Galveston for our year anniversary. I was hoping for some suggestions on restaurants. We are thinking a little above the Rainforest Cafe, but still less than $20 a plate. Mainly we just want to be able to get dressed up and have a good time. Dress and heels for me, and a dress shirt and a tie for him. Not with slacks or anything. Thanks in advance for the help.
