My advice? Don't look for answers here. Go to a real psychiatrist. As you said, this is hard to translate, and it probably does not come off the way you want it to. And really, the diagnosis of an amateur can be a dangerous thing. Go get some professional help, if you truly feel like something is wrong with you. I hope there isn't. Living with a mental disease is really hard.
