I am looking for a PROFESSIONAL stylist that has experience applying a Care Free Curl.?

I called Soft Sheen - Carson and they said they didn't have any stylists registered in my area. Mind you I live in Mississippi, but I'm willing to travel to Memphis, AR (preferably Little Rock), Kansas City, MO, Dallas, TX or ATL. Any help you can give would be appreciated. The stylist will need experience with African-American hair. I have a lot of new growth and it is extremely . :-)
