I bought a car and have already gone through financing, can the dealerhip take my car back?

I bought a car a month ago already processed by the bank well comes to find out that you have to have a driver license to buy a car even though I have medical problems and don’t have one (p.s. I’m not driving the car). Well the bank as agree to let me have an extension to obtain a driver license (medical doctor let me have it back) well the dealership is saying that no can do and need to bring the car back now. Even though I have my paper work on the car and the bank has approved me and is going to give me a 3 week extension to obtain my license. (DMV takes 2-3 weeks to reinstate) Can the dealership say you have to bring the car back, and we don’t care what the bank says? Please help me out I need to know. (Yes I have all sign doents from the dealership saying the car is mine and from the bank to. My first payment isn’t due till June 1st.
