I got this rash and i dont know why it's been the for 3 months now help please!?

hey i got pink dots on my skin whic are really icthy at first i tought there were spots but they never faded they began to spread and no it not chicken pots at all because today i roll over a gl cup and they did not fade and i dont have menegitis so i dont know what it is and how to get rid of it before you say e45 cream i tried and it has not worked
