Is there a plan to get off Adderall?

I find it very confusing that Doctors write very high perscriptions to Adderall. And yet they have no plan to take the patient off. When I told my doctor I wanted to stop. He said just stop. So I did and I could not function. What the **** do I do now? I am in no position to have a problem like this. I have too much responsability. I am a Teacher I can't just say hey read your books kiddies I'm gonna sleep for an hour or 10. I am so mad.I was told by my Doctor this drug will change your life for the better. Yes it has. But how long will I have to take this ****. My dose just keeps on going up really fast. I am concerned about health issues. I can't tell anyone because I am afriad I will be blamed. I am only taking what the bottel say's. When do the Doctors take part blam. They all protect each others ***. I don't want to check in to some rehab and say this is my fault. How about INS giving 3 days in Hospital to detox off of the **** there selling us. Sorry I am hurt,angry,blindsided
