What do you think about the term biracial or Other?

I personally don't like the term biracial or other because I think the just further weaken the black community. I am what some call a quadroon and I think it is important for us to uniformly identify. Though we all have ancestry that stretches across racial boundaries we all have similar struggles and most have blood that has neighbored with each other in the slave fields of America. Though some of us black people have a white or asian parent were are all still black and without the istance of the one drop rule we wouldn't be were we are today as a people. Both Malcolm X and King had white ancestry Plessy was only 1/16th black, what if these people considered themselves "other" where would we as a people be? Though its a wonderful thing to have and acknowledge your multinational heritage we can not allow our community to be weakened by these other terms that cause member to wonder whether or not they're Black.
