Hi everyone. I make this really good pasta. I use linguine. The sauce is a mixture of vermont white cheddar cheese, milk, white wine, oregano, basil, garlic,salt, pepper... I want to make it for my friends tonight who do not eat meat but the dish feels like it needs something. Any ideas of white veggie sounds good with this? Peas? Broccoli ect???? Please help or add anything else you think would help this dish out!
