Why does it smell so bad down ther?

ive been with my partner for 8months and we both got checked out jsut incase we had anything. but we was clear, however everynow and then i get very bad smell 'down there' latly its very bad its almost liek the smell of pooh, also during alot of white stuff has been coming out of that area and going everywhere? its like white n looks like clumps does anyone know what this might be?..i was twice a day so what could it be?.help
