Pestering goldfish!!?

Well fish do have a territory thing. Have all of the fish been in the tank that long? Because if not it could be that the fish that have been there longer like to gang up on the newcomer if you will. Other then that it could be a Male and Male going at each other for that one girl. I dunno they could be just playing as well. Hope yuou found this most helpful.
